Healing Qi Gong Exercise
What do you teach?
Qigong (also spelled Ch'i Kung) is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi). Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. In the past, qigong was also called nei gong (inner work) and dao yin (guiding energy).
This exercise system is divided into two sets, one set is sitting and the other is standing. These exercises are used to generate health and promote healing.
Are there any health benefits to practicing Qi Gong?
Studies have shown that shown that Qigong positively affects a wide range of health problems from pains, ulcers, infections and allergies to cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Please see the research/science section (click here) for Qi Gong on this website.
